• At least at 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prosses good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client’s expectations.
• Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, Layout plan, detail drawing & on related to project while meeting deadline.
• Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement & follow the said time-line.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking would be an advantage.
• Detail oriented and able to do multi task, prefer candidate with self motivated attitude.
• High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project cost.
